For the non-profit organization Special Olympics, we had the privilege of executing an extensive letter shop order with no less than 5,000 addresses. It was definitely not a sprint but rather a special kind of letter marathon!

For the non-profit organization Special Olympics, we had the privilege of executing an extensive letter shop order with no less than 5,000 addresses. It was definitely not a sprint but rather a special kind of letter marathon!
Multilingual.
To ensure that the Special Olympics message reaches everyone, the letter was produced in multiple languages. Each language version was accompanied by four different texts to ensure that recipients received the appropriate address and relevant content.

Personal Touch!
A letter without a personal touch is like a sprint without a finish line. Therefore, each letter was imbued with a special touch of individuality. We created a cover letter that was not only personalized but also included a payment slip. This way, every recipient received not only important information but also the opportunity to take action and support Special Olympics. Long-time donors, occasional donors, and non-donors were approached differently on the subject.

For us at Media-Center Uster AG, it was a wonderful experience to be part of such an important project and contribute to the promotion of sports for people with intellectual disabilities.
